yeah i was wondering if anyone knows if they have the clamp on filters for the lakota,also with a clamp on filter does this eliminate the whole air box.I was wanting to know this because i'm going to get race fenders and the air box up front is in the way.Any help will be appreciated.

yes the air filter clamps right on to the carb so the whole air box is removed so even with a pre filter you will have to watch out riding in mud and water your choice to choose better air flow but not be able to ride in mud and water

where can you get these clamp on filters?i ride mostly trails and every once in a while i ride in the mud,but i will just have to becareful when i do.

well after hours of research and not to many aswers ill give you all the info. for the mojave you need a clam on with a flange of 2 1/8" ,lenght of 4", width of 3 1/2" , and a 5 or 10 degree bend. i think the mojave and lakota would probaly be the same.

The Lakota and Mojave are not the same. The Lak. has a 32mm and the Mojave has a 34mm. The clamp-ons are not the same.

that was what i was thinking does anyone know the diameter and length of the lakota,also if you have one could you tell me where you got it.
