I'm wondering the same thing; I'd be concerned about too much advance. bigddd - how does it work now compared to the stock CDI?

It seems to start easier rev quicker better but I can't drive it where I live until this weekend!!!!I can't wait. I suppose as long as I check plugs for signs of detonation I hope I'm OK?

Bigddd,
You should be alright for the most part make sure you run premium fuel the only problem you may have is in the higher rpms. IF you do have any detonation you can drop your key down to a 4* key or a 4.44* then you would be in the zone depending on your jetting.

I always run premium, with my dial a jet it [hopefully] will be easier to jet richer if needed

Just an uneducated guess, but I bet it doesn't run as well as it should on the big end.....if it feels like it's nosing over, pull the key out.
