I've got a mojave and I'm putting in aftermarket cams, hardened rockers, etc. I'm going to get stainless steel valves, but i was wondering if it worth paying the extra and get the oversized valves??? Do oversized valves give you any noticable power???

 

That will depend on combustion chamber shape. If it is real tight in there you could loose power with bigger valves due to shrouding. It just depends. If the bigger valves are not that much more I would probably go with them.

 

get them, they work and cost about the same

They made a difference on my motor. Get them. Greg at CWR said they're good for 1-2 hp.

 

hey steve55 I'm putting the same mods on my machine that you have on yours (.380cams, springs, oversized valves, klr cdi, supertrapp pipe, 400ex carb, dyno jet kit, uni pod air filter) how is the power, was it worth the money.
