Using less antifreeze will allow better heat transfer. Your engine may run a few degrees cooler. It will also lower your boiling point and cause early wear on the water pump seal.
I don't think 30% antifreeze would be enough to protect the metal parts from corrosion, especially the aluminum stuff.
Their is no difference between atv/ motorcycle antifreeze and car stuff.......Except that the bike stuff costs more. Prestone is fine. So is Zerox, Peak etc. I'd stay away from the Dexcool(aka: deathcool) stuff though.

Used to work at the blending plant that made antifreeze for most of north america, learned alot about the stuff. One post was made that dexcool is crap and im glad that truth has been discovered by somone other than me. Zerex is a good general purpose AF, but you can find it cheaper sold under the Auto Zone brand name, it is literally the exact same stuff just in a different bottle. Peak is OK, although they use a recycled lower grade ethylene glycol as their base. The absolute best stuff out there is a blend called G-05, Sold as Zerex G-05 (yellow) Ford (more yellow) and Mercedes and BMW (blueish green stuff). This stuff is bar-none the best stuff out there and is considerably more expensive, but it has the lowest silicate content of anything on the market which is what aluminum motors need. Run a 50-50 mix, even in Kentucky. I run a 70-30 glycol/water mix in my vehicles but thats kinda needed here in alaska.
