How do I measure Toe In on 650?

I just replaced a bent tie rod on my 650 but I cant seem to get the alignment right?

How do you measure the toe in/toe out?

How do I measure Toe In on 650?

I just read how to adjust toe in on www.atvpower.com , click on teck tips. They tell you everything on how to set up to align your front end and how to adjust your toe in.
