i ordered a sprocket off rockymountainatv.com for 6.99 and paid 7.02 for shipping!

i am pretty sure rockymountainatv states what the shipping will be before you finalize your order. i think they say something about shipping charges are based on a dollar amount and not weight. i may be mistaking them for another company but i have seen that several times.

That is really strange. I am surprised you got charged so much, it should have only been a few bucks. You have the option of having it delivered I believe one or three day shipping (which is at an additional price of course). If not the ground shipping should have been much less. Plus where do you live. I live in southern California and with regular ground shipping, my stuff arrives in three days. But hey, at least you got your sprocket. Lakota parts aren't always the easiest to find[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

NW to Florida could be that much...funny how those UPS fees went up right after they became teamsters....I just sent a hard drive to Texas from Oregon... 9 bucks UPS ground.

Their shipping is great. You can order a BUNCH of stuff and it is a flat rate of shipping. It won't be 7 bucks per item. Quit whinning, unwad your panties and put your sprocket on and RIDE. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
