will a 650p with cdi out run stock 700p

 

i would think so. There was a thred in here that someone posted that raced a 700 with a 650 w/cdi and it out ran it by like 3 or 4 lengths. But dont quote me on that.

 

That was one of my posts and the answer to your question is definately yes! We have tried it several times with various 650s and new 700 Prairies and the results were always the same, the machine with the DYNA cdi would always win!
