Prarie 700 Questions??????????
#1
I currently own an extremely fast built Banshee and want to add a 4 wheel drive to the stable. I am strongly considering the prarie 700. It looks like with a Pipe/airbox mods and Jetting you could get this thing to run 70+ Miles per hour. Just wondering how the power is in stock form and any other goods/bads a current owner could tell me.
I am used to riding in the sand but want something that will haul *** up in the mountains, through streams, over rocks...etc.
Any info or suggestions would be great.

You can beef up a prairie. Leaving it stock will be nice but with a little work you would be extreamly happy. Getting to 70 might be pushing it a little more but it can be done, lots of mods available will take you there or pretty darn close. To start CDI, machine clutches, propper tires equals

I agree fully you must lighten the clutches some to get to 70 mine likes to get right to the verge of 70 but never quite there. Darn. If you out the cdi on it and snorkle and exhaust you can get a very quick, responsive and, great handling machine, (thank you straight axle). I would think that you would be surprised by the prairie if you compare it to many sport(y) quads. Just my .02 cents. Plus they sound like they ahve actually got a real engine not a pi$$ed off weed eater/shain saw sound.
