KING CAT-QUEEN KAWI

Not to be picky but you should stay out of the streams, you bung up the fish nesting grounds, where they lay their eggs. If these shoals get filled in with silt it will kill the eggs and they will not nest their again either. Please stay out of all streams if possible and build bridges if you can to save the silt damage. Loggers do enough damage. Do you know that the rivers would actually run clean after a rain if it wasn't for man made destruction, the mud colour is from road construction and skidder ruts. Not to mention ATV damage which is minimal but still happens when playing in the brooks. The falls we were at the other day was pure white with oxygen and clean clean water(right after a rain), the one dumping into it(same spot) was chocolate brown, one had logging done around it, the other not. Please try not to fill the streams with silt, it is inpart the runation of our fish stocks.
Cool country you have there, not trying to slam you at all, just want you to think about it.
Sincerely, DOA

I have never thought of this, hmmm. I have never seen a fish in this one river we play in either. I always thought the rivers stayed clean around here because of the rocky bottom. The rest of the rivers where I lived down south are fairly dirty but around my parents place and up in the hills the rivers are crystal clear. We even swim in them.

I can't wait to get my 589s into that kind of mud DOA,I've heard that the DDs will fill up in it.I've also heard that the 589s will not, this we do not know, yet.
There is no swimming in the river where we live, too many farms on it,although some people still do.

There you go gentleman,
The Cat kicked my butt in the thick stuff, just walked through, stopped and then walked out. I went in and spun out, high centered on the pure mud, not ruts, thick stuff though. In the swampy stuff I held my own. Mind you I don't have 589's on, the Dirt Devils did fill up in the thick stuff but the clearance is what gave him the biggest boost. The old Rubi even beat me(lol) he just got 26inch mudbugs and they did seem to be much better than the DD's, he has about an inch more clearance on the front end which helped him too. They both got through, I never even had a chance!
So, my Kawi is definately not the King, not even the Queen but more like the Sweeper. Sweeping the trails for the rest of the boys, even the rubi. Bummer, I am not done yet though, thinking of 27inch 589's and then we'll see if I can compete, it should make a big difference. Then I should be able to beat the Rubi, the clearance on the Cat makes it King in this parts of the woods though, I'm sorry to say.
