Can anyone supply a little info as to who sells these, how much, maybe a part #, etc. for the KFX700 V-F0rce?????

Motion Pro supply throttle kits at www.motionpro.com/ someone in another forum has fitted one of these but the stock hand grip won't fit you will have to get a set of MX grips for them to match.

IRV is right... I have a Motion Pro twist on my Prairie, & the slightly bigger grip of the twist requires the MX grips... it will take some getting used to, but I race hare scramble races in the utility class, & 90 minutes or more of beating, & my thumb is never sore...
