Default How often are you checking your belt deflection??

I was wondering how often you guys check this.I went about 700 miles on the orig belt and it started squalking on take off.I went ahead and replaced it with an OEM 650 belt.I now have about 200 miles on it and it seems fine.I used the .08 shim when I replaced it and it was close to 22mm deflection.I run stock size tires and except for the occasional wheelie (to impress the other big bores) I ride pretty normal. Are we talking 300 miles??? 500 miles??
Just wondering what others have experienced.

i have about 1200 miles on my original belt. it was loose around 500 so i tightened it i will have to tighten it once more within the next 500miles because its starting to squak slightly on hard take offs

Ok thanks.....I first noticed my squalking when in reverse going up a small hill before I noticed it going forward.
