V-Force sputtering and backfire in reverse??

Mark82ndABN,
It's the rev limiter kicking in to keep people from doing 70 mph in reverse
Simply push in the little gray button next to your left hand that says "override"
It will run like a champ then, and will give you the extra power you need if you get stuck or something.
If you ever install a high stall primary spring, you will have to use the override button to allow the engind to reach
enough rpms to engage the clutch.
I can't think of anything else it could be.

OK, now I feel like an idiot. I've had my "V" in reverse only a few times but never had to really get on it in reverse until today so I've never noticed this. Thanks a million.

WOW, now we know how you keep that thing so clean........You don't ride it! That reverse system is a blast to play with. You can roost in reverse and forward. Next you will have to try a JUMP.

Tough crowd I sent the pipes directly to Jet Hot......only $135 for both pipes. How can you go wrong!
