Lakota ignition
#1
Have a 2000 KEF 300 Lakota. Feels like it starts to lose spark after 20 minutes of riding. Intermittantly won't take throttle or backfires. I've tested the primary and secondary sides of the ignition coil. Primary tests out at 3.75 ohms when hot and 3.00 ohms when cold. Secondary tests out at 20,000 ohms when hot and 18,000 ohms when cold. Anyone know if this variation is normal? I've cleaned connectors etc.. Does anyone have the factory specs or wiring tests for the black box, stator coils and ignition coil? Thanks.
