Default What Viscosity and Weight in Louisiana

I have decided to use Royal Purple motor Oil in my four wheeler, love it in my truck, the only question that I have is that I have seen many people run different viscositys and weight, from 0W-40 to 20W-50 I live in South Louisiana and it gets really hot down here, please give some advice on what I should run. Thanks in advance for the help.

If Royal Purple makes a 20W-50, I'd use that. You'd be OK with the 0W-40 also.

I use 0W-40 Amsoil in Sacramento, CA. It works real well and it's 100-110 degrees often here.
