This thing is almost as loud as the nyroc muffler mod. Power may be a bit better. At least I got my spark arrester.

I am having trouble with boiling out antifreeze. Could the pipe do this? It was fine with the pipe mod. Maybe it was just hotter outside. 85 degrees.

it the pipe leaned you out a bunch then you could be running way to hot. Check your plugs. if you lean jet up to 142/145 or 145/148.

If your jetted to HMF specks you should be OK? (The Exhaust should have come with jetts and instructions from HMF?) Something that is over looked and also the #1 reason for the Quads to run hot or boil over is a dirty radiator? You really need to get in there with a hose and spend 5 or 10 mins just cleaning that baby from both ends! and IMO a Car wash will not work as well as just getting the garden hose in them corners! Thats one of the reasons I tossed the inside black plastic myself along with allowing better air flow around the engine and radiator. ~coop

Travelor

How do you like the Dalton Purple & hows the performance on the trails? Have you compared it to the EPI Red? I was Thinking about trying the Hotseat Purple to see if it would make my setup performed better.

Thanks for the replys, The pipe didn't require a jet change and I am way rich according to the conversion chart. Like 152 and 155 if using keihin jets. I think the pipe mod had better flow as this is restricting more. The radiator is clean. It seems to leak out after i shut it down. As for my springs I didn't really try anything except the dalton secondary spring, was wondering about the epi, I think I will put my blue primary back in. I wonder if my system could be air locked?I fill the radiator and side bottle each time, maybe used 2 quarts in 20 miles filling 3 times.
