Default knocking noise

i recently purchased a 2002 650 kawi with 1540 km on it. i've put about 200 kms on it since with reasonable driving and i'm getting alot of knocking noise directly under me. i mainly get it when the bike flexes from side to side. anybody have any answers???

My bet is swing arm bolt is loose or the swing arm bearings are gone. Did the previous owner clean it with a pressure washer, you have to watch pressure washers around some senitive areas.

check the frame for damage .. then check the shift linkige... could be out of adjustment..... it would be in the drive line based on what you have said

Also check engine mounting bolts, driveshafts, A-Arms

And report back to us what you find out, please.

For the guys/girls that do searches later it was the swingarm bearings Prariedogin thanked and mention it in an other thread.
