Brute Force in my Garage!

Well I finally did it ! The proof is in my garage(I would be riding it right now but it's flat out rain nin!!)
It all started last year when I brought home an Outlander 400.After she rode on the back twice she said we need another one. So I of course started looking for bigger and faster!! Well she didn't like the looks or feel??? (wondering about that one) of any of the ones out there except the Outlander. Then 2 weeks ago I pulled into the local Kawasaki Dealer to look around and low and behold she saw the BRUTE. The rest as they say is in my garage today.Let you all know how it goes.

Well Everyone,
Finally got the chance to take the BRUTE for its first ride.So here's a few things I noticed in the 12.2 miles of mixed terrain, rocky rutted hill climbs, tight twisty root bound trails and wide open logging roads.
Take into consideration this is break-in period so no full throttle (maybe for a split second).
First of all plenty of power! Feel out the hook up with traction before you hammer it!! Throttle response is impressive.Makes it easy work thru tight places.Climbed everything I pointed it at with out working up a sweat.(Far to easy to become over cofident). In the trails it handled very well.My first thought it would ride like Jeep with a 10" lift kit.But nope it actually surprized me in a big way coming out of a tight corner it hugged the rail better than my Outlander! Oh and outstanding ground clearance to boot! What ever KAW did to keep center of gravity down, works! Out in the open road there's nothing sweeter than cruisin about 25mph then blip the throttle and the roar of THAT twin sets you back. THen you look down and the super easy digital odometer says 52mph. Oh "beep" its not broke-in"
Real quick I'll let you know the difference between the BRUTE and my OUTY.
Outside the "POWER" I think the Outy has better brakes, smoother ride on tight trails under 20mph but the Brute over 25mph.Downhill engine braking is better controlled on the Outy ( Headed down a long nasty rutted hill thinking it would be like the Outy, nope) the Brute you have to work it.The Brute is King when it comes to uneven ground, like real deep rutts, the suspension is awesome!I would go slow over a rutt and one wheel would be 8-10" in a hole the other on top and I would still be sitting level! . I thought my Defender 90 was great at that check out the Brute.
Oh one last thing. The Brutes camo plastic is fantastic compared to the green Outlander against scratches!
