Default KFX 400 Adjusment

Does anyone know how to adjust the fuel/air mixture on the 03 KFX400??? My bike is running too rich...

Default KFX 400 Adjusment

Yeah, you have to pull the carb. You will see a brass cap on the bottom of the carb, it has a small hole in it's center. Carefully drill out the cap and screw in a self tapping screw, grab the screw you threaded into the cap with a set of pliers and remove the cap. Under the cap is the fuel screw. If you drill too deep you will marr the slot on the fuel screw, drill shallow [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] .
