i have a friend that has a prairie 360 and he wants to put sum new tires on it and a pipe wut would be best for him??

Any tire will work, depending on what type of driving your friend does. I don't think anyone is running a pipe; most just mod the stock pipe with limited results.

Some people are running the HMF pipe.
I am having good luck with the mudlites

like, so, how much moni can he spend? thats the big stop to buying tires.
kendas are cheap
IPT radials are not
