Anyone compared Dalton to EPI clutch springs?
Well, Im a Dalton fan and Dale "Helix" has helped me and others a lot. But, the EPI Red primary spring is hard to beat for speed. Its all a matter of what you want to do with your atv. I have ran the Dalton Plain/White for almost a year now. If I was going go drag racing I would put the EPI Red in. The Red is just a little harder to control in technical situations where finesse is needed instead of power.
As far as secondarys go, I have ran both the Dalton and EPI Black and cannot tell any difference between the two even though the Dalton is a little bit longer than the EPI and the EPI is a little longer than stock. Shortly, maybe Monday or Tuesday, I will have pictures on my site of all three springs so everyone can see how they look.

I think the red spring would be perfect for that application. Reason being it will raise your engagement and make it easier to start turning the larger/heavier mud tires.
LOL, are you bidding on that HMF pipe from partsdirect? If so, you can win. Actually I was hoping someone would out bid me because I am going to get the new pipe from Diamond G Racing. Although for $175 shipped I would have took the HMF. My max bid was $160.
