Which Spider Grip model do you recommend? SL/T? Where did you buy?

ODI grips are really good. not too hard on the hands and easy to install.

IMO---I got a good pair of riding gloves this summer, "Scott" and I dont even notice the grips anymore. It seems like my gripping power to hold onto the bike has also improved.

I bought Pro-Grips with the gel palm pad, they are the t1tts. They are real nice when going down long steap hills, they also have two finger grips on each end that helps keep your hand on the bars without the death grip.

I like the pro grips, renthals, and Oury. I prefer the types with a soft to medium dimple patttern. The pro grips RVGS 934 turned too tacky after a while and they didn't have any lips on the ends either. The RVGS 796 ones are great.
