well its nice to hear about a dealer actually doing someone right for a change...usually they dont give a darn and just blow you off...i wish i had a dealer like that around here..cause for 6 months i have been getting the run around with one of our quads that they "fixed" but actually made worse and then fixed it again and blah blah blah ..it is still sitting there now 6 months later after it was going to be a couple day job..not to mention that they owe us like 800 bucks and i doubt that we are ever gonna see that money....ill be happy if i can get the friggin atv back before january

i had a problem with the prairie one time, no really. anyhow andrews in salem said it was out of warrenty. i said you had it for 3 month now, they said SO. i said, i was suppost to get a 6 month warrenty when i bought a brand new quad. they said so what, its not our fault.

well i ranted and raved got pissed and stormed out of there. calling them this and that, loud enough so every buyer heard me.

went home took pictures. called california/ kawi head quarters. talked to so and so, sent him the pictures and wrote him about all of the problems i had with the service and my quad. he called me and said take it to andrews they will fix it for free. andrews called me and asked me to bring it in as soon as i could. they fixed it and i still mother f@#ked them after i picked it up when it was done.

to this day i wouldnt buy a spark plug off of them.

I know excactly how you feel. I went to Bob Schultz In St Charles MO and ordered 2 primary spring shims (spacers). After 3 days of calling, sitting on hold, then being told to call back later because they were busy. Had my wife stop by and pick them up on her way home. She gives me the bill and they charged $13.00 for two washers I could get for 20 cents at home depot. I went to a different dealer and ordered them for $2.25. Since I didnt want to drill them out. I will never step foot in that place again. I could Imagine trying to get a quad serviced there. It would be cheaper to buy a new one than have them change the oil.

It is very nice to here of such a good dealer, when there are so many who do not care. I can not understand the indifference that so many of the dealers have towards their costumers. If they would just show some interest in their consumers and provide fair honest service they would have a strong loyal following . Why do they not get this ? For an example of how it should be done do a search on here for Rick Ritter. WORD OF mouth can do wonders for a business...It can also doom it...Keep letting us know of the good and bad dealers out there...maybe they will start to get the picture.

Norris in Medina, Ohio
I have my prairie 650 for one year, one hundred hours want to trade it in on a mule, 4x4, diesel. Loaded

The same salesman I had offered me "about 2900" for it. Now, I would have been a steady Norris customer for life...until THAT insult. yes, you need to make a profit, but hide it in the new purchase.
I called two days later asking how much for the mule demo I saw there. Called again. never returned the call.
I wont buy oil from that place

Norris in Tropical Medina....yeah...pffft
