Stock is 135 front & 140 rear, I cant belive with a k&n you will need to go up any, I am running DMC duals and am at 138 & 142 mains, Try adjusting your air screws out to between 2 & 2 1/4 turns out, This will richen up the pilot circuit and most likely cure your poping. If it helps or worsens the stock setting is 1 1/2 turns out, try a 1/4 turn at a time on both until it straigtens out, but just a little should cure it, also make sure you havent over oiled your filter and that the lid is seated and lacthed correctly .
