The LTE's are the best we have tested so far (on 785 and 800cc's) We make 80-83hp with the HMF duals and 87-89hp with LTE duals. (on pump gas) with the same engine package.

Dynoray have you all tested the Pro Circuits?

I liked the Muzzy but on a second thought, After picking up a 785 V-Force this weekend and riding it for 5 or 6 hours
I desided to keep the Pro Circuits on! I know I might be losing a bit of power, But Im running them with the Spark Arrestor Screens becasue it seemed to quite them down pertty good? And didnt fell like I lost any power? ~coop

Hey Barletracing, yes those are crankshaft numbers. We have a chassis Dyno and engine dyno. We found the chassis dyno almost useless with CVT driven quads. If you make a change to the engine, you have to change the clutching to match before you can really see the gains to the engine. ie: you have an engine making peak power at 6500rpm's (prairie for example) we do our stg 6 kit to the engine and go from 40-41 HP to 75 HP but it now peaks at 7700 rpm. If you don't change the clutching to shift out at 7500-7700 rpm you won't see the full gain.
Next draw back is if you dial the clutching in on the chassis dyno for best power, it's not the best setup in the field.
So now we only dyno auto atv's at the crank and do clutch setups in the field.

Hey Marylandatv, we haven't tested the Procircuits yet, maybe next week. We will be testing the White Bro's next.

How do you guys keep the front end down on those monster HP machines. I have a stock v-700 and it pops wheelies like crazy. I have not been able to keep the front end down to race my friends. They get a lead because I have to let up several times to keep from flipping over. I even try to scoot way up and lean over the bars. But I still pop up.
My best friend jumped on and mashed the throttle all the way. I swear it didn't mover 3 feet before it flipped over on him real hard. It looked like the commercial where the guy is catapolted into the ground real hard and it makes a hole in the ground. Except he didn't make a hole. He did get a ride in a Flight for life helicopter though.

My last V-force was mostly stock besides dmc aliens and the EPI Pink spring and even those the front wheels would come up a little all I would have to do is side my 6'3" 250lb body of muscle and steel-lol up and she would come down with no problem? On this 785 you would think the power is crazy but it comes on very smooth. This V also has the full Dalton clutch kit with the blue and orange spring and even those there is a nice little hit from the start its still very smooth and couldn't imagine being catapulted backwards?? I hope your buddies ok? You may wanna change out your clutch spring? Also when launching the V-force a little rear break action will help control the front end when your slamming the throttle. ~coop

I'm waiting for the Hotcams to test as well. We use Web, FST now and are working on our own grind (racing only)
Promod, to keep our V down, well we haven't quite got that aced yet, but its' lowered 7-9 inches and the suspension is strapped so it can't rebound in the front and to make the rear real stiff so it won't transfer. The handle bars are rotated almost 90 deg forward so I can lay way over the front.
Then you just hope it spins heard for the fisrt 200-250ft.

My friend is fine. They were scared he had brain damage when he passed out. I think it was a panic attack, or he just passed out from pain. The little hospital was about the size of an average kitchen, so they couldn't handle a severe head injury.

I still don't know what to do about smoothing out the clutch. It seems to come in a little late for my taste. I will make a post about this and see what others say.

Thanks,
Shawn
