Today I went with some people to a dried up river bed and I was on my 98 bayou 300 2x4 and i t was pretty fun. BUT about halfway through I blew out my stock muffler. What one should I get now. Also later down the river I was just riding along and my throttle cable broke. So someone on a grizzly pulled me about 5 miles to the truck. Has this happened to anyone in one day. Also how sporty can I make this atv.

 

Some thing that you can do to make the Bayou more sporty is to take off the front and rear racks to make it lighter. You could also remove the front headlight grill, so that it's more airodynamic, also you could remove the front and rear mud flaps to help make it more airodynamic. You could probably do just about anything to it that you want to.
