Don't know how your going to be riding it but for me the mods in order of how I like them are:
Full ricochet skid plates - I trashed the stock ones quick.
Clutch mods and good jetting done by a shop on a dyno for altitude
Progressive front springs - elkas are probally better but more $
DG snorkle - helped with altitude and getting more air
DG3 - Dyna CDI would do the trick too and maybe better for how you ride
Twin Air filters - I have 3 so I always have a clean one
27" Mud lites on c series - love them but they are heavy going to get some ATRs as well

Dyna CDI (gets rid of belt minder junk and realy helps in the performance department)
I have always liked K& N Filters, I have them in just about everything I own
I have a IDSX pipe on my 650 and a pro circuit full system on both twin Peaks. ( sounds awsome and is stainless so no rusting like the factory pipes do.)
Cast alluminum wheels wont bend or dent. I recomend a set with a clear coat finish
Big horn radials are awsome all around tires.

I have been paying about 450.00 for the complete kits instaled. I bought 2 kits from a quad shop at the little sahara state park in Oklahoma and one from the quad shop here in wichita. They make the twins sound awsome but the power gains are very marginal, for the most part they are like any other 4 stoke pipe I have ever had. Pipes seem to realy help 2 strokes alot but, four stroke seem to get there best power gains from CDI's and air intake mods.
