Default Brute Force 700

It appears that the canadians are getting a Brute Force 700 for 2005, However it does not have the new Brute Force 650 plastic. It Looks just like a prarrie 700. I also notice the canadians get a 3 year warranty rather than our 6 month warranty. It appears that in canada the prarrie name is gone (not sure if it was ever used up there) even the 360 is somthing like kvf 360, I also notice the prarries for down under are called the work horse or was that work force I will have to go back to the aussie site and check that name agan. Whats with the better warranties for canadians?

The "Factory" 3 year extended warrenty deal ended June 30. The KVF 360 was for 30 months while the KVF 700 was for 36 months. Anyone offerring longer warrenty now are building this cost into the purchase price.

I bought my 700 June 30th for the warrenty other wise I was going to purchase a BF but since I can't fix anything I bought the KVF 700.

If you look at the bottom of the CDN Kawi site the only promotion is a Warn winch.
You are correct about the Prairie name, CDN Kawi's have never been sold under the Prairie badge.

The warrenty extension is great because both of my bikes are getting fixed due to faulty actuators. I really hate those little SOB's actuators. At $300+ each I will not be keeping my bikes after the warrenty runs out. I can deal with belt issues but the actuators will make me think twice before I purchase another Kawi. This is the main reason I would look at the KQ, not because of the EFI or IRS but the 4X4 design.

The multimedea page from there site has a walpaper picture adn at the bottom of the picture there is a deal that says it has a 3 year sandard warranty, now on what I do not know and maybe its a missprint I can not find any details on the canadian site to confirm what that covers or is it an old promo add in the muti media section or what but it says 3 yr standard warranty. here is the link to where i saw it just pull up that picture and its at the bottom of the page.

Those are old promotional posters which were given to dealers. They still have that exact poster up in the show room where I bought my bikes.

CDN Kawi customers now get the same factory warrenty as our friends south of the border.
