could a BF750 with a Dynatek CDI box beat a stock Polaris Preditor in an 1/8 mile dirt track drag?

In a 1/8th mile drag, the rider would have a lot to do with it. If the B.F. can keeps it front down then it should definitly pull out in front, especially if the Predator has a bad start. Now how long it stays in front is uncertain. Would the race be a blow out... I think not, but If the Rider on the Pred. can drive then the Predator should win.

 

In a 300' race I think they would be very close. It would depend on who got the best start and the BF still had stock tires on. But going 660' I think the Pred would just walk away. I heard the BF gets up to 50 quick which should be around 300' mark, but after that it take a bit to keep climbing. The Pred gets to 50 just as quick, but it keeps climbing all the way up.

Well, either way, if I were to lose the race on my Brute I would simply run the dood and his little girly sportquad right the hell over with my BIG-*** ground clearance and 589's.

I bet you could get the jump on him being yours is an auto. I was told that I would smoke a kfx700 with my DS, granted at the end I did but, off the line he was quick. Just race in really short drags[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

If a B.F. can hang with a Pred for the 300 then it can hang with the Raptor.

The Pred. and Raptor are VERY close. The Pred. May be slightly faster... especially the Troy Lee edition w/ the better gear ratios.
