I know this is the Kawasaki forum........but I just recently purchased a Suzuki Twin Peaks 700 (which is the same thing as a P700), and I must whole-heartedly agree with each and every previously posted comment.
If power is something you crave.....with relative ease, you can yank a long stand-up wheelie on the P700/TP700.....and the quads weigh in at 602lbs - - DRY!
With these quads you can go from a fast drag, to getting squirrely in the curves, to roosting some mud, to climbing a rock-laden hill in no time flat..........just pick your poison.
I have ridden a lot of quads, and I have found that you can do things and go places on the P700/TP700 that would make the "pucker factor" hit an all-time high on other bikes.

RT0870 the p700 is one awesome machine. There is no IRS machine that can keep up with it. Look at the top finish in the,12 hours of ATV America, they were stock Prairies with a couple after market products that every one can get.
Pipe a Prairie 700 with penland exhaust and put a dyna on and even the rapters will have a hard time keeping up. The Prairie has a lot more low end power than even the v-force.
Top end 71-74 but they get there fast.
Trail riding it is # 1.

Thanks a bunch!!! I'm really pleased with the quad and the "look" it gives.
I'm not much of one to leave a toy "bone stock"..........I have a bad habit of customizing stuff BEFORE the break-in period is even over
Thanks again, and have lotsa, lotsa fun!!

The best thing about the Prairie 700 is that you can put it in low range and ride it like a utility ATV, and can make it through any terrain that any other utility ATV can make it through. But when you want to ride it like a sport quad, just put a set of 25" Skat Trak Extreme paddle tires on the back and you can have just as much fun at the dunes as a sport quad rider. Sorry, but NO IRS ATV is going to shoot the bowls like the SRA Prairie 700 can.
