Default Bayou 250 K&N airfilter

My bro has a bayou 250 and it's bone stock. I keep telling him to get a new airfilter because first his stock one is beat and i want to see how the bayou would handle be with a performace filter in it. What do you think, should i just buy it for him or would it be a waste of money. Also he is planning on getting new tires. He does a lot of major mudding and the stocks seem ok, but what would be a nice mud tire. He wants to keep stock rims which is 22-10-10. I looked at swamp fox tires for his quad. They seem like a slick tire for mud.

you should buy the whole kit with the filter and jet kit...about the tires...maybe some mud lites on aluminum rims for some shine but put some rims on the front to just so he looks sweet i always like the little 250 utilities with stuff on them...i wanna get an ozark and chrome all the frame and motor with port job and carb and cool mods that are cool LOL Nice 'Kota

Thanks for the compliments on my quad, my picture are fuzzy and hard to see but she looks a lot better in real life i'll be getting new ones soon. Anyway i love the mudlites i looked into them for my lakota but am going with razrs instead also the bayou will look pretty sweet with nice shiny rims and big mud tires. I would love to get the K&N power kit for the bayou. It would perform a lot better it would have better throtle response and more low end power. As of now his quad needs a filter without a question and a jet kit would be nice. My bro is cheap so i'll have to buy this stuff for him because he will never do it. Well christmas is around the conner and we will see what happens. Thanks for your help!
