I hear it's the jetting. Call your dealer. Just going away does not make sence.

Big Ranch,
You don't happen to have the part number for the carb needle replacement. I know I saw it posted some place on the boards but can't find it. My dealer is giving me every excuse in the world about the low speed miss. They keep telling me that they have not received any notification from Kawi and it will not be covered under warrantee. So I will replace it myself and look for a new dealer. Just to be sure it is the front carb needle right.
Thanks for your help.

2005BF750 is correct on the part #,and Kawi will not notify them, they have to notify Kawi, my dealership called them and they give them no problem what so ever, they sent the needle and they installed it for FREE.

the needle wont have anything to do with the heat. after the machine breaks in it will be reduced by half. the three that ride with me all have including mine

Mudcon,
I no longer have heat issues, as soon as it broke in (about 40 miles) the heat from the left side decreased dramiticaly. I still have that low speed miss. That's why I want to get the correct needle.
