Twisted off bolt.

Today I was installing my Dayco belt and twisted off one of the belt cover bolts. Should I go through the hassle of getting it out and replacing it or just wait and see if it leaks water?

You dont really want to get in the middle of a pond, and find out it leaks.
Most of the time, once the head breaks off, of a bolt( unless the threads bottom in the hole, or its cross threaded), theres no tension on the threads. It should come out really easy, in fact if you could grab it with your fingers, it would probably spin out. If its below flush, use a dental pick or small jewlers screwdriver, to try and spin it out, and once its above the surface, just grab on with a pliers and take it out the rest of the way.

Thanx guys. Now I guess I will find out how proud Kawi is of those bolts. LOL
