mojave owners carb help

Default mojave owners carb help

on the stck carb for the 250 where are the fuel adjustments and mixture adjustments at i know of one at the bottom of the carb but thats it besides the long idle bolt any info and setting procedures would help thanks

.. That's correct- the Pilot adjustment screw is the only adjustment screw from the outside of the carb after the idle speed adjuster. Changing the jets is your next step. What are you tring to accomplish or cure?

The only adjustment is that screw on the bottom of the float bowl. It is your fuel mixture. Out goes rich and in goes lean. Stock I believe is 2 turns out.

Default mojave owners carb help

just put the new top end in and things and cleaned the carb out so i wanted to find out the right adjustment for it and where to find what at now all i need is the swing arm bushings and bearing and left side bearings and bushings for the a-arms recently painted fram and things , like the plastics and so on well trimmed the plastics up and so on besides bearing and bushings need new seat thought and axel carrier thats it and ill be off on dirt,rock and everything thats in my way hehe thanks for the info on the adjustments guys

hey qwakerman what year is your lokata/mojave mine has same fram and white plastics though and you got any parts for sale?

Hey ranger696f, the Mojave is a 2000 and the Lakota is a '97. Don't got anything fer sale really. How's life in the Big Sky country?

cold as he$$ here and slow over the weekend it was ver nice to be out and riding today 15 degrees and im trying to get the quad together but slow

Also keep in mind that it'll run a good deal righer in the cold with the same jetting....
