Default Suspension mods

Im getting my lakota like rebuilt this winter, and i want to do some suspension mods. I dont have a alot of cash$$$ so i cant go with works or something. But is there any shocks from another quad that would fit a lakota or mojave?(Front shocks)

Default Suspension mods

A highly recommended mod is a TRX250R rear shock. it pretty much bolts right in with only enlarging of the stock 10mm shock bolt holes to 14mm and a scant grinding off the swinarm flange. You can get one on ebay for around $200 depending on condition, or course. it's noticeably firmer, I haven't had the opportunity to see how it responds to one of those back- breaker landings yet...
