Does anyone have these on their Prairie <a class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.worksperformance.com./html/atv.html" target=blank>Works Struts</A>. If so how are they. Do any Polaris owners have them?

I rode a prairie that had them along with the progressive springs. At low speeds it rides about the same as mine, but when racing or jumping you can feel the difference.

I have them on my '03 P650 and think the difference between the Works struts, and stock struts, is the difference between a Chevy Impala and a Chevy Corvette. You will not be dissatisfied with them if you get them. I think they are well worth the money. Works custom valves them for your riding style/ weight. Good luck if you decide to get them. You will not be sorry.

Here is a link to their website, http://www.worksperformance.com/html/home.html

The cost was $279 plus shipping. That is for the pair, and that is what Kawasaki wants for just one strut. I found this out when I blew a strut, jumping my Prairie. If anyone is interested, I still have one good stock strut for sale. Another benefit of the Works Struts is that they are rebuildable. The stock struts are not.

I got an e-mail from a works vendor the other day, and they appeared to be very pricey.

279 doesn't seem that bad to me. I just wanted to make sure I was getting a upgraded strut.

I agree, bang for the buck is generally very good with works products. These are the best struts you can get for a Prairie, all the other companies just make a replacement spring set.

Is that price for springs also?
