does anyone have any idea if kawasaki plans on making a BF 750 w/ a single rear axle? ive heard that theyre doing away w/ the prairie 700. you would think that would mean something else is in the making. no offense to the guys that own the BF 750 but i prefer the SRA. i have a prairie 650 and love how it handles on the trails and off camber because of the SRA and its low center of gravity but from what ive heard about the power that the BF 750 has i, i would really like to have it. but alot of people talk about how bad the body roll is on them.

There is a little body roll on the BF but its not as bad as most IRS machines, I went from a prairie to a BF , I always said I would not have and IRS quad because of the handleing issues (but I had rode mostly grizzlys and polaris before my BF) they have at speed but after I started riding to BF it was no big deal , the BF does not do donuts very well but its great in off camber and the IRS is awsome , the ground clearence makes a big difference and the forward bite is way better than the prairies. The prairie is sportier but not enough that it would make a difference in regular riding. I love big hills and fast paced rides. I took my last prairie to Windrock twice and I have carried my BF there , and there is some big hill on the right trails and the BF went up them as easily as my prairie did , I am runing ATR radials ,same as I had on my last prairie.

is there a MAJOR difference in power between the prairie 650 and the BF 750? another thing, does the BF hook up alot better than the prairie? thats about the only thing that i can complain about on the prairie. it seems like in 2wd all it want to do is spin. even on SOME big hills and it can be scary at times. so climbing big steep hills i always take them in 4wd. the only IRS quad ive ever ridden was an arctic cat 400 and it was TERRIBLE!!!!!! it is a buddy of mine's and i went to turn it around in my yard and the body roll on it is so bad that i actually put my foot down thinking it was going to roll over. they SUCK. so thats what was kinda shying me away from the IRS. but then again i would LOVE to have a 750 motor.

Rammy , the BF hooks up a lot better than the prairie ,that is where the problems come in for some people , you can slide it around a corned very well , but when you nail the gas it puts a lot more power to the ground , the engine has 10hp more that a priaire 650 add to that it does a better job getting it to the ground and you have a rocket. When you first ride one you get a "feeling" it is a tippy machine but as you start to press it more and more in the rough stuff and on the big hills it works great, it is a little stiffer than some of the IRS machines and that is what makes it handle off camber and big hills so well.
