Default Steering play

Hey guys its me again. Fixed the problem with the spark-it was the ignition. The key wasn't turned all the way. However I have a new issue. Went for a ride and noticed the handle bars were making noise when the bike would lift. I stopped the bike and pulled slightly up on the handlebars and they would move a bit. It seems like its got play there. Does anyone know if there is a bearing or something there that can be replaced or something.
