will hmf penland full system fit on a 05 suzuki twin peaks
#1
I am picking up a twin peaks tommorow and im wanting to buy a penland pipe for it. The hmf website says the pipe is available for the prarie but not the twin peaks. I hate to order the prarie pipe and not have it fit

I would think so, since the plastic is all that is different. Give them a call to make sure if they don't know call Suzuki.
Don't expect a great fit though I had to add some spacers to get mine to fit.
The exhaust is awesome though if you don't mind loud.

Minimus,
What kind of performance gains were there for the full exhaust? You said it was loud, did you ever mod your stock can and if so how did it compare in both sound and performance?

The Twin Peaks is the same ATV as the Prairie 700, including the plastic shape (but not color). The only changes are the emblems that say Suzuki instead of Kawasaki, so I don't see why it wouldn't fit. My Penland exhaust fit like a glove by the way.

The main gain I could measure was in top end at least 5 MPH.
This is with the dyna I'm not sure if it is the same dg3 because both work differently.
My top speed was 67 with mods and now 74 after exhaust. Also note I'm running 25" muddlites versus many that have 26-27" heavy mud tires.
To answer the second half of question I never did the nycro exhaust mod.
My p-700 would only do 60 stock and after all mods 67. Then jumped to 74 with full hmf exhaust.
I also jetted down to 135f,140r on main jets because of elevation. 4500'
