yep... I just buy the sticky cord type of plugs & a small cheap plug kit... keep a small bottle of the "glue" with it, & you should be able fix most holes... some guy's have "trail fixed" rips in tires this way, with 8-10 plugs, & a bunch of glue...
watch out for the little CO2 inflators though... I bought a cheap on, & it did not work at all... it wouldn't puncture the CO2 cylinder when screwed into the inflator... if you can find one of these that works, you can put together a good fix & fill kit into a pretty small package...
also never put an innner tube into an ATV tire, or you'll never be able to do a trail fix on that tire again... I have tubed tires, that had a big sidewall rip, that I dismounted & patched from the inside, then added a tube, that I use for spares, but don't like them to be the primary tire on the quad, because even a small nail puncture is unfixable on a tubed tire...
