I want to get new tires but dont want to get new rims, and my stocks are 22-11-10 and i am looking at tires that are 21-12-10 and was wondering if they would fit on those rims.

 

the rim is a 10 x 8 i think and so yes the tires will fit...all that has to be the same is the last number and they are both 10 signifieing a 10 inch rim

 

Thanks man im getting new tire soon so just want to double check everything before i do.

 

vunit- if you want to still have the same top speed you might want to go one tooth lower in the rear to balance out the smaller tires but it probally wont be too much of a diffirence

 

Yeah that's probably what i should do but i dont think that im gonna see any differences really, or at least i hope not.

ok, here is an easy way to find out the tire size, is the first number 22 is size of tire, and the second number is 11 is how wide the tire is, the last number is 10, size of rim

thanks, yeah i know but as long as the rims are the same than the tires shall fit on the stock rims. Which in my case mud sharks 21-12-10 and the stock rims 22-11-10, the last # has to be the same for them to fit on the stock rims.

 

nice choice. i had to decide between the mud sharks the sur traks or the mud lites. i chose the sur traks because looking at the tread of the mud sharks i dont think they would clean out very well and the mud lites didnt have enought bite for my taste
