I have been reading all the past pages and came across the motor mount topic. I went and checked my front mount and it was pretty loose. I then tightrned it as much as I could but it still moved a good bit. Whats the deal. Also I have noticed some noises coming from my clutch area, sounds like gears chattering at low speeds. Primary problem??? My front diff was just rebuilt about 3 months ago so my 4x4 gears make noises when switching from 4wd to 2wd. Is there anything I can check to see if it was assembled right? Thanks in advance, without this you guys on the forums I would be broke.

 

The only one I can tell you about is the front lower motor mount on the 02 they did loosen up I took the nut off applied some loctite and never had another prob. My friend let his go too long and oblonged the hole in the case . He is constantly tightening it up , I caught mine early, because of his prob. I often wondered could Kawi mount them in rubber or would that actually make it vibrate more?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] Oh your clutch prim. slide buttons or spacers maybe wore causing a rattle another friend just had is replaced.
