Default Can I be too Rich?????

Just got up here to my vacation spot at 7,000ft, comming from about 600ft. I haven't rejetted yet, went riding and thought it was OK. THing is, when I down shifted and went to goose it, it seemed like something was missing. It didn't rev out like a scalded cat like thought it should. Can I really be that rich?
Thanks

6400 feet is a huge change. You'll be ok while you're on vacation, but ya you'll need to rejet if you want better performance. BTW, you'll never get the same level of power at that elevation, not enough oxygen in the air.

Yeah- 6000+ ft is a number- I usually bring my jet kit along as there is a most righteous track in there area and I go horse around there. Not a biggie this time around as the track is closed until May and I'm just boppin' around the estate, mostly on the Lakota, really...
