MY 2004 KFX 700 belt light just came on, the manual say,s that it will come on at 100 hours.
Does anyone know how to turn off the light with out taking it to the dealer?

Yea, mine just came on this past Sunday. Here is the procedure directly from our service bulletin from Kawasaki. 1-Turn off the key.
2- Inspect your belt. 3-Remove the seat and look for 2 four pin connectors. One is black, the other is gray. 3-disconnect both of these connectors and reconnect them to their opposite colors. gray to black and black to gray. 4-turn the key back on. 5-the belt light should be flashing. 6-turn off the key. 7-reconnect the terminals to their original colors. 8-turn on key and check to see if worked!! Good luck!
