The 2003 Prairie 650 consistantly beat the Grizzly so the 650 Brute should be faster also.

In a drag race the brute will almost always beat a griz. But if you have unlimited space and are going for top speed the griz will usually catch and pass the brute 650 aka redressed prairie. This is only on very top end.

i think theres something wrong if the grizzly is beating the bf top end because i have rode both and the grizzly isnt close top end in fact both can be running top end and the prairie/bf can fall behind the grizzly and pull beside the grizzly and pass it and pull away fairly easily. the grizzly is around 63mph top end give or take a mph and the prairie/bf is around 67-68mph

I have had both of the bikes mentioned well ,the 02 prairie 650 and the 04 griz top end with me on both was pretty close. when my son 180 lbs. was on the p-650 and me on the griz 280lbs. of course he would beat me , with him on the griz and me on the prairie he would also beat me , this was when both quads were in stock form . On a rolling run say 30mph on with him on the prairie he would slowly I mean slowly pull away . the p 650 definetly has the advantage on the low and mid If I weighed 180 lbs. I would have hung with him much better, but again whatever quad he was on was faster. I think they are both GREAT Quads.
