New motor wont start...HELP!!!
#1
I tore the motor down about 6 months ago and finally got it back together. This is my 300cc bayou.. I only took apart the top end, put new valves, piston, rings, and gaskets in. At first I tried to start it , but no luck. After lots of time spent trying we realized the valves werent adjusted right and it wasnt getting enough compression. I checked spark, and its there, and now compression is too. The timing at the crank is right on the mark, as is the cam sprocket. We tryed spraying carb cleaner at first, then hooked up the gas tank. I have no idea what to do....please help.
