I'm looking to upgrade the front shocks on my Mojave (I've already upgraded to the 250R in the rear), but I don't want to break the bank doing it. I never see any Works shocks for the Mo on Ebay, but I always see them for all kinds of other machines. Will 300EX front shocks fit the Mo?? What other quad(s) have the the same front shock length and bolting that would fit the Mo??

They got Works Performance shocks in denniskirk.com they are like 345 bucks for both fronts with ressy... which is a sweet deal...thats probably your best bet

 

You're right.....$360 for both fronts w/rezzies would be sweet, unfortunately Dennis Kirk's pictures are a little mis-leading. The picture shows them w/rezzies, but the specs. on the shocks describe them as just A-T Steelers (no talk about rezzies). That and the fact that the A-T Steelers (w/rezzies) are in the $550+ range. I'd really like to try and find something between $200-$300.

 

yeah i know what you mean shocks can get pretty pricey..as you know....but they still are a pretty good shock even with or without the rezzies... well anyways better than the stocks...i dont know of any other shocks that would fit mojave/lakota's but you dont want 300ex shocks anyways if they did fit.. cuz the mojave/lakota shocks are bigger and have more travle in stock form than the 300ex's...and i know for a fact 250r fronts wont work...id say the best bet is the works but maybe someone else knows of some em that might work..
