p650 want start????
#1
I have a 2003 650 Prairie that want start. It will turn over. I have replaced plugs, ECU, new gas, and battery. I have good spark all the way to both plugs. Good compression. Good fuel flow all the way to carbs when ignition switch is on(fuel pump is working). Hope someone may have some ideas.

Make sure your fuel switch is on & getting fuel to carbs, battery fully charged, plugs not fouled. Prairies will definately not start till gas reaches the carbs.
Cycle kill switch from off to on, Put in neutral, turn off lights, turn on key wait 10 seconds (for gas to pressurize carbs), position choke full on and depress starter button. Should fire in 3-10 seconds. If it does'nt remove airox lid and try a shot of either. Close airbox & repeat. If still not start, try pull start. If it starts with pull start your battery is weak/dead cell.
