Well, since the 800bomb is not out yet, no one really knows if it will "kill" a kawie 750bf. I suspect it will be very close with the 800bomb maybe edging out the bf750. What will really be interesting to see is if kawie really comes out with their 800BF EFI v-twin. Then we can compare apples to apples. But no matter what, I figure the 800bomb will be an awesome machine.

 

First of all this site was suppose to be friendly and not say a certain person is full of s#$t And second if you guys can read where I'm from then maybe you should ask about the 800 bomb and if it is available because it is here in canada and second I did not accuse or call out anyone . We have a 800 polaris in canada and if I'm wrong about the machine you were talking about . I did'nt join this site to be down talked . I thought I could share our succes that we have had with our modifications . Maybe to help someone who would want to try.

Sorry RAZOR.....I didn't realize that the 800bomb is already out. But, it makes sense that they first come out in Canada. I can't wait to actually see one and ride one, but it will probably be a long time to get some down here in southeast Texas.

I am also from Canada and actually live a few hours away from the factory were the new Outlander V800EFi are built. I wonder what Bomb you raced? If you raced against the Outlander that is out on the market. I surely hoped you beated it because the only Outlanders available for now are Outlanders 400. If you said it was the Outlander V800EFi than I think 700vtwinman was right about you. We don't need false bull sh*! on this forum, but constructive genuine information!

 

Bombardier finally has it on their website now.

 

Razor, I just talked to the Bombardier factory reps last week and they told me that they haven't shipped any to the dealers yet. Razor, I know were Brockville, ON is. And I know the Southern Ontario District Sales Manager for BRP very well his name is Bob Gossling and he says their is not a single prodution or PRE prodution 800Bomb in Ontario yet. So now you know why I called ou full of S#it, I dont want people hear in the Fourm to hear things that are not true. Please prove me wrong!

 

I just looked on the bombardier site and saw the 800efi. It looks great. I noticed the MSRP ranged from $11999 to $13999. Is this the american dollar or what?????????? If it is really that high a price, that is crazy for any atv to be that high. Does anyone know?????? I have to assume that the conversion factor will put it in the $8000 range for the american dollar.

 

The normal Outlander V800EFi is 11999CAN$ MSRP (that is the negotiable price, 10500CAN$ would be closer to reality). The MSRP is the same as the Polaris Sportsman 800EFi, now make your pick.

 

I have had nothing but good dealer cooperation when it comes to warranty work. They have replaced 1)a belt and belt cover 2) master brake cylinder 3) two front differental seals and a seal in the motor where the front drive shaft exits 4) muffler and the best 5) the swingarm bearings.
I thought for sure that with 5000 km on a bike a year old, that those bearings would be a wear and tear issue. It was the dealer who told me it would be under warranty. Now I have a flashing 2wd 4wd signal, so I suspect they will have the bike in the shop next week.
My only thought is....am I hard on the bike or is it a lemon. Thank the Almighty for the 3 year warranty. I still would buy another Kawi, it is a blast to drive. I am at 5800 km, so it does get out to nature.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
