Default Check Belt Light...

I have an 04 Prairie 360 4x4.Was out riding last night and the "check belt" light started flashing. The bike just turned 1500 km also.I checked the belt this afternoon, and it looks like new.

Is there a reset so it won't flash anymore?

Thanks.

ok here ya go. On the right side under the shift lever there is a black and grey 5 way connectors. Take them both apart(i use a flat head screw driver to pull them apart) and put them back together opposite colors(black on grey, grey on black). also right next to the 5 way connectors is a black 2 way swith, unplug it. Turn on the key for about 10 secs and let it flash. turn the key off. Put the 5 way connectors back to their right color and plug in the 2 way connector. then it should be off.

P.S. make sure the belt swith in the housing is not swithed on or this wont work.

Also check your belt DEFLECTION and adjust if necessary. A loose belt will trip switch and cause lights to flash.
