The Kawi reps (blue team) made a stop at our club house last Fri. nite. They puy on a good presentation and let us poke n prod a bit.The Quad will have al.wheels and light dunlops to keep the weight down . The rep claimed all of the Jap. Manufactors had agreed to keep the max weight around 600lbs.
It looked well made ...only fault was a lack of a trailer hitch due to weight restictions.
It will cost around 7 big ones..

I have 26" mudrunners on my 99 400 4x4 and have had no driveline problems. The limited slip is so "limited" I doubt you could bind it up enough to blow a cv joint.
If someone out there has a locked prarie with larger tires they would be a better indicator as to cv joint strength.

Don't buy a DS unless you are going to be doing all dune riding. It is just too big for much else.
